How did you hear about the Arise® Platform, and how long have you been using it?
Well, I was babysitting before I started using the Arise® Platform, and the kids I was babysitting went off to school, so I needed something to provide supplemental income.
At the time, I was looking for work from home opportunities because I had a three-year-old, and I discovered the Arise® Platform when I found a Service Partner and signed up under their business as an agent.
I started servicing my first program in 2018, which was the car rental client, and that’s pretty much how it happened.
The more I learned about the Arise® Platform, the more I realized that some of my mutual friends were also using it. I just didn’t realize it until I told them about it.
They were like, “Oh! I’ve been doing it for about a year now!”
What do you like most about using the Arise® Platform?
Well, the Arise® Platform sells itself because you get to choose the client you want. On top of that, once you get through class, you have the freedom to create your own schedule.
When I started servicing, I was able to create my schedule around my three-year old—because you know, when kids are three, they need mommy all the time [laughs].
That is my favorite thing: the flexibility of the scheduling and the fact that I get to choose which client I service.
How has your use of the Arise® Platform improved your personal life?
From my own personal experience, it has just given me—and my agents—the freedom to live our lives as normal.
Honestly, this is what the Arise® Platform has done for me—and now I am able to share that with my agents.
When you finish certification, you have the freedom to choose your own hours and adjust your schedule, which is really helpful, especially if your kid needs something that they didn’t tell you about [laughs].
How has your use of the Arise® Platform improved your professional life?
Well, it has given me the opportunity to create my own business.
I was called into this world to help people, and the Arise® Platform has enabled me to do so.
I always liked being able to help customers, and I always chose clients—like the home improvement supplier—that provided me the opportunity to build personal experiences for customers. I really enjoyed getting on a personal level with them and building rapport.
Now I’m able to do that for my amazing group of agents.
They still have the flexibility and freedom to create their own schedule, but they know they can reach out to me anytime if they need me. I am always there to help them.
The Arise® Platform has given me freedom and has enabled me to do what I feel like I was called to do in this world: help people be better versions of themselves!
How would you describe a typical experience for someone servicing on the Arise® Platform?
Enjoyable! To me, it’s always fun to service—and it’s fun for my agents to service, and I hear stories about it all the time.
They get to talk to customers, and they get to have personal experiences.
They literally log in, service their hours, and earn revenue while servicing. Then they log out and go about their day. They don’t take it with them, and it’s not something that they have to stress over.
“Freedom” is the word that comes to mind when I think about what it’s like using the Arise® Platform.
Do you have any advice for those who are new to the Arise® Platform and/or the program you service?
For someone who is new, I want to stress that it can sometimes seem overwhelming—but try not to focus on what you don’t know; it’s about what you do know.
You have soft skills. You know how to build rapport, and you know how to interact with others. Once I get my agents to calm down and just focus on the basics, everything else comes naturally.
I don’t like saying, ‘trust the process,’ but you really do just need to trust the process.
You are not going to instantly know everything there is to know about the client—there is no way. You’re always growing and getting better and better.
Before you know it, you’re going to get out of class and answer those phone calls like a pro—as if it comes natural to you—and the Arise® Platform provides the opportunity for you to learn and grow from your experiences.
If you can get past the first week of calls, it’s going to get easier—and it’s going to get better. You just have to be persistent and keep going.
If you give up before you reach the endgame, you’ll never have the full Arise® Platform experience.
Is there anything else you would like others to know about the platform?
It’s truly a whole different experience to service on the Arise® Platform—and it’s definitely worth a shot!
